Who can join?
This focused industry peer group is for directors and business owners of mid-sized manufacturing businesses.
Group member companies vary in size and location but should have revenues between 5 and 200 million USD per annum and a staff size of between 100 and 1500 employees.
In this industry peer group, you will discuss and share the challenges you face in the running and operating of a medium-sized manufacturing company.
Each session focuses on a different topic which will be scheduled by the group Chair. Members can also present specific topic requests to the Chair in advance.
Meetings take place twice a month and last around two hours per session.
Roger Wilson has had a 35-year career spent in a broad range of manufacturing businesses at a senior level. He now spends most of his time coaching and supporting business leaders looking to grow and develop similar companies to the ones he once grew.

When does the group meet?
The group meets every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month at 4 pm CET / 10 am ET
Are there any group rules?
There are no rules as such, but there are some guidelines such as members are highly encouraged to attend every session in order to maintain continuity within the group
