Group Members
This peer coaching group comprises Heads and Directors of Finance teams and departments from a variety of mid-sized companies and industries located in North America, LATAM, Europe and the UK.
Members who join this type of mClub group are responsible for companies with a 200-500 employee count and annual revenue of at least five million. The groups meet once a month to sound off ideas, challenge assumptions, and share knowledge and experiences that are specific to their roles as Finance Executives in mid-size businesses.
mClub's Finance Executives' groups are cross-industry, meaning you will not be matched into a group with a potential competitor. Instead, group members gain insight from their peers across various industries, serving a variety of markets.

The Deep Dive Discussions
mClub Deep Dives involve one member of the group bringing forward a particular challenge they are facing, in order to seek counsel from their peers. Deep Dives discussion can take place at any time during group meetings. Each group often dedicates one hour per month to this exercise.
The goal of the Deep Dive is to tackle and shed light on individual challenges faced by the Finance Executives in the group, encouraging members to work together to find solutions.
The Exploration Discussions
Each month, the group discuss a pressing subject, voted on by the group members in advance. This section of the meeting is moderated by the group Chair and external Key Participants are often invited to attend this portion to help tee up the conversations and answer targeted questions.
Group Coaching
mClub Chairpersons are also trained Executive Coaches. Regularly, the group Chairperson will bring group coaching exercises into sessions, focusing on the development of softer skills. These skills range from resilience as a leader to avoiding burnout.

She has worked in over 50 countries, lived in 5 different European countries with 7 years spent in Scandinavia.
Marita has over 20 years of experience working in International FMCG food companies, holding various roles in strategic development, managing change, and quality assurance programs. In 2014, she established her own consultancy, offering services such as executive coaching, business consulting, facilitation, and training.

When does the group meet?
mClub Finance Executives' Groups meet on the last Wednesday of the month at 5 pm CET / 11 am ET / 8 am PT.
Are there any group rules?
There are no rules as such, but there are some guidelines from the Chairperson to ensure discussions remain focused on outcomes. Members are highly encouraged to attend every session in order to maintain continuity within the group. If you do miss a session, you will receive notes and a private recording of the session.
Is there a cost associated with joining?
Yes, there is a cost to join the group, starting at 150USD/month. You can select the pricing option that suits you best when you create a profile for group registration.
