My journey to becoming a Coach began while holding a career in Advertising. I have first-hand experience leading and developing multi-disciplinary teams and being a Senior Creative at multinational Advertising Agencies in London, Sydney, and Melbourne for 16 years. During this time, I helped win some awards and mentored creativity courses run in Australia and the UK. I have been mentored by some of the most brilliant in the industry and benefitted from executive coaching.
Our best insights come when you have time to think. While building a career in Advertising in London, Natalie Villarroel retrained to become an Executive Coach. She studied at Henley Business School, AOEC, and Animas, which are accredited by the international coaching bodies ICF and EMCC.
To date, she has 500+ hours of 1:1 coaching experience and dedicated over 300 hours of training. She is internationally accredited and regularly supervised and mentored to maintain her commitment to ethical and advanced practice. She works with clients across various professional services, including advertising, education, healthcare, legal, and financial sectors.
Natalie's training and knowledge in Cognitive Behavioral Coaching, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, and Systemic Coaching, and Motivational Interviewing offer an integrated approach to her practice.
She works with individuals and teams over online platforms and facilitates small groups in running workshops on specific topics like decision-making, resilience, self-talk, or developing gravitas.
