Claire spent over 25 years in leadership roles before becoming an Executive and Leadership Coach.
Claire Powell spent over 25 years in leadership and C-suite roles at consumer goods brands such as Champion activewear, American Giant apparel, Airborne supplements, and J.W. Hulme, a Minnesota-heritage brand of luxury leather goods. Throughout these wide range of experiences at businesses large ($4B+) to tiny (solopreneurship), and everything in between, I have always loved seeing how people’s inner beliefs play out into their performance and the performance of the business. Helping individuals and teams develop and flourish has always been a source of fulfillment, and so in 2019-2020 I pursued my Certification as a Professional Coach.
My strengths and passion lie in partnering with business leaders, whether corporate executives or entrepreneurs to help them move past their limiting beliefs and behaviors to achieve success, whatever that means to them.
